Hardline FuelVault

Tactical Fuel Bladder and Expeditionary Fuel Storage System

Fuel Forward. Keep the Mission Moving.

Fuel is one of the most critical sustainment constraints in expeditionary operations. When teams move beyond established logistics corridors, fuel becomes both a mobility limiter and a mission-risk driver.

The Hardline FuelVault™ was developed to support mobile, distributed, and austere operations by placing fuel storage and fuel transfer capability directly into the platform. Rather than relying solely on fixed tanks, hard-sided containers, or vulnerable external jerry can configurations, FuelVault provides a compact, inflatable, internally baffled fuel storage system designed for rapid deployment, rapid transfer, and field adaptability.FuelVault is suited for military, special operations, disaster response, expeditionary energy, remote logistics, maritime support, overland mobility, emergency services, humanitarian response, and industrial field operations.

Expeditionary Fuel Capability Without Rigid-Tank Burden

Unlike rigid tanks or bulky fuel containers, FuelVault can be deflated and packed into a single duffle bag, allowing it to move with small teams, logistics detachments, maritime units, emergency response crews, and mobile refuelling packages. The inflation and pumping platform travels in a rugged Pelican case, creating a compact deployment package that can be transported, staged, inflated, filled, dispensed, deflated, and redeployed as mission requirements change. This low-cube, low-weight design makes FuelVault especially suitable for expeditionary operations, special operations mobility support, disaster response, remote construction, maritime support, off-road

Fuel Storage and Transfer

Diesel or Petrol/Gasoline Configurations

FuelVault can be configured for diesel or petrol/gasoline applications, subject to final material specification, fitting selection, fuel compatibility, customer standard operating procedures, and applicable transport, storage, and flammable-liquid regulations. The internal fuel bladder is designed to support extended fuel storage profiles of approximately 12–18 months, subject to fuel type, additive package, temperature exposure, contamination control, water management, sealing, and fuel maintenance procedures.

Internal Baffling for Fuel Stability

FuelVault includes internal baffling within the fuel bladder to help mitigate sloshing during movement. This is especially valuable for vehicle-borne, trailer-mounted, maritime, and off-road operations where dynamic liquid movement can affect handling, stability, and operational safety.

Performance Insight:
At 44 GPM, the standard FuelVault’s internal volume can be transferred in approximately 6–7 minutes, depending on:

  • Usable fuel volume
  • Hose length and routing
  • Head pressure
  • Fittings and pump configuration
  • Filtration setup
  • Environmental and operational conditions

Designed for Distributed Fuel Logistics

Modern expeditionary operations require fuel systems that are mobile, modular, compact, and scalable. FuelVault is purpose-built to meet these demands.

Operational Role:

  • Bridges the gap between fixed fuel infrastructure and forward operations
  • Enables decentralized fuel staging and distribution
  • Supports dynamic mission movement without dependency on fixed fuel points

Key Advantages:

  • Eliminates reliance on oversized tanks and permanent installations
  • Reduces setup complexity and site preparation requirements
  • Enhances operational flexibility for dispersed teams

FuelVault allows fuel to move with the mission, rather than forcing mission constraints around fuel availability.

It packs into a single duffle, with the M18 Spectre Pump system housed in a rugged Pelican case, and can be configured for diesel or gasoline across vehicle, trailer, and maritime platforms.

FuelVault enables transport, rapid deployment, fuel transfer, and redeployment—without the footprint of traditional fuel infrastructure.
