Hardline is unwavering in its commitment to full U.S. Berry compliance and the establishment of a world-class American manufacturing capability. We have completed a substantial capital raise and are now awaiting the release of the first tranche to begin execution of this next stage. Hardline has also established an agreement with the State of Michigan and a county near Detroit that will support the development of our Berry-compliant manufacturing plant through anticipated matching funds. In parallel with plant development, we intend to either acquire or build new U.S.-based Berry-compliant weaving and coating capability for drop-stitch fabric to Hardline’s own exacting standard. In our view, much of the current U.S. coating capability for DWF fabric falls incredibly short in weight optimization and long-term durability. The U.S. warfighter deserves better. Hardline’s objective is not merely to comply with Berry requirements, but to set a new benchmark for Berry-compliant expeditionary infrastructure made in America and built to the highest performance standard available anywhere in the world.
